All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 members of the program committee. Paper selection will be based on methodological innovation, technical merit, results, validation, and application potential.
Papers will be limited to 8 pages and formatted in Lecture Notes in Computer Science style, following the MICCAI 2015 submission format guidelines (http://www.miccai2015.org/frontend/index.php?folder_id=116). Submissions shall be anonymous, i.e., author and institutional information shall be removed from the author list on the title page, as well as any other information which may identify the authors or their group. Accepted papers will be published by using the University of Iowa publishing services (http://ir.uiowa.edu/omia/2014_Proceedings/). Subject to quality, we may contact a publisher, e.g., LNCS, or propose a special issue or section of a journal with selected papers.
Submitting supplementary material will be optional. Such material may include additional images, videos of results, anonymized related submissions (or excerpts thereof) to other conferences and journals, and appendices or technical reports containing extended proofs and mathematical derivations. Clear, unambiguous references to supplementary material items must be included in the submitted paper. Supplementary material is neither a mandatory nor an integral part of the overall submission, which will be judged on the merits of the paper.
Please submit your papers on the CMT OMIA-2 website: https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/OMIA2015.
